Job Brief
We are looking for enthusiastic Island Grove Wine Company Brand Ambassadors to be the face of our company and promote our products and services all around Florida.
If you enjoy our wine and communicating with customers in person, we would like to meet you. To be a IGWC Brand Ambassador, you will need to attend tastings and events that showcase our company.
Ultimately, you become part of our winery family, and work along side the team all over the state at different events and occasions that increase our company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
We are looking to add Brand Ambassador to many different regions of Florida. Here are some of the locations that we are looking to fulfill first:
- Pensacola
- Panama City
- Tallahassee
- Daytona Beach
- Orlando (and its surrounding areas)
- Sarasota
- Fort Myers
- Naples
- West Palm Beach
- Boca Raton
- Fort Lauderdale
- Miami
Responsibilities
Participate in events and tastings as a spokesperson for our company
Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends and directing your audience on how to purchase and enjoy IGWC products
Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests
Be self-reliant and responsible in attending and setting up off-site tastings
Requirements
An outgoing, friendly and engaging personality
An understanding of our company's mission statement, history and products
Excellent communication skills
Professional attitude
Experience in retail sales or hospitality is a plus
Have reliable transportation
Be able to put on a wine tasting independently

Job Brief
Island Grove Wine Company in Hawthorne, FL is currently seeking a new member for our team. We craft wine beverages for retail and wholesale distribution from many different distinct Florida products on our farm. We pride ourselves in providing extraordinary wines, and recruiting smart, talented people to work with us.
Currently, we are seeking a production crew member who is eager to learn, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
· Assisting in various winery tasks (crushing, pressing, chemical additions, fermentation, racking, filtering, bottling, etc.)
· Clean and operate crushers, presses, pumps, filters, and other winery equipment with assistance
· Clean and organize production space, coolers, and storage areas
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated work ethic
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Must be able to lift 50+ las
· Must be over 21 years old
Job Type: Part-time, 20 hours a week. Start pay $10/hr.
Experience:
- in manufacturing a plus
- must have a HS diploma or equivalent. College experience a plus.
